To order a Book

(1)   View the item of your choice.

(2) Click on ‘add to cart’. Your item will be added to your shopping basket list. 

(3) Either click on ‘continue shopping’ if you wish to make another purchase, or click on ‘proceed to checkout’ if your purchase is complete.

(4) Once your order is complete, proceed  to checkout where you will be taken to a secure site for payment by credit/debit card.   If you would prefer to pay by cheque/postal order, please contact us first at StorytimeStarsuk@aol.com and we will confirm the details of where the payment should be sent.

(5) Once payment is complete, you will receive a thank you confirmation note from us stating that we will contact you via email for the personalisation details needed for your item(s).  Please look out for this email from StorytimeStarsuk@aol.com and return the completed information to us within 7 days. 

IMPORTANT: Please ensure that you have a current valid email address in order for us to contact you for the personalisation details.  If a current valid email address is not provided, then we cannot be held responsible for non-contact of this information. 

Once this information has been returned, we will aim to despatch the books within three working days.

To order a Wooden gift or T-Shirt

(1)   View the item of your choice.

For wooden gifts and t-shirts, we aim to despatch within three—five working days, however, please allow 14 days before you contact us.  Obviously for busier periods, such as Christmas, please allow extra time for all items.
