

Placing an Order
All orders can be placed 24 hours a day, seven days a week through our secure website.
Payment can be made by credit or debit card or PayPal’s Express Checkout. We accept Visa, Switch, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Solo. We apologise but we do not accept cheques or postal orders.
You will receive an email receipt from Paypal and an email from StorytimeStars regarding confirmation of your order.
IMPORTANT: Please ensure that you have a current valid email address in order for us to contact you for the personalisation details. If a current valid email address is not provided, then we cannot be held responsible for non-contact for this information. Please note that we will send reminders for this information to the email address provided for 7 days after purchase. After 7 days we will no longer be able to send reminders.
Card Security
Your card details are encrypted and handled only by Paypal, the Worlds leading payment gateway. StorytimeStars do not have access to your card details.
Cancellation of Orders
Please note that as all products are personalised and cannot be resold, orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been received. Only at the discretion of the management, ie prior to the items being processed and produced, will a refund be given, however, this will incur an administration charge unfortunately.
Return Policy
Because all items are personalised sales are final. Please check your spelling to ensure that all names etc. are spelt correctly. If we make a mistake we will gladly replace the item free of charge or, if the product is faulty, you should contact us immediately at sales@storytimestars.co.uk. The item should then be returned to us within 7 days where a replacement item will be arranged. If an item has not been received, please contact us within 14 days of the order being placed.
Faulty Goods
In respect of the item being faulty, the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended) states that consumers are allowed a “reasonable time” to reject the item for a full refund. Our policy states that if the item is rejected due to being faulty, then the item be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price.
Confidentiality
Please note that ALL information received by us is kept STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We use the information provided purely for the making of the book in question. No information is shared or passed onto anyone else under any circumstances unless it relates to debt collection or fraud.
We treat all information with the utmost confidentiality. The only time we will use your information is to contact you with our latest offers and updates. If you do not wish to be contacted with this information, please contact us at info@storytimestars.co.uk and your details will be removed from our mailing list.
VAT
StorytimeStars are not VAT registered and therefore do not include this tax in the cost of our products.
Postage and Packing
All deliveries within the United Kingdom mainland are free of charge.
For worldwide postage, please contact us for the cost.
Delivery
Delivery of items is usually within 3—5 working days, however, we do ask that you allow up to 14 days for delivery as each item is individually hand made and personalised and in some cases unexpected problems may arise. Overseas deliveries, please allow 21 days. Please note that multiple orders may arrive separately as each item is packaged and despatched as soon as it has been produced.
Please note that no liability can be accepted for non-delivery or late delivery caused by the postal services, however, should a loss occur please contact us as soon as possible so that we may help you in tracking the item.
Legal requirements
Whilst every care is taken to reproduce photos and pictures of the items we sell, in some cases, slight variations in colour may occur.
