1)   Enter the personalisation details required in the boxes and then click on ‘add to basket ’. Your item will be added to your shopping basket list. 

2 )  Either click on ‘continue shopping’ if you wish to make another purchase, or click  on ‘proceed to checkout’ if your purchase is complete.

3 )  Once your order is complete, proceed  to checkout where you will be taken to a secure site for payment by credit/debit card.  We apologise but we do not accept cheques or postal orders.

4)  Once payment is complete, you will receive a thank you confirmation note from us stating that we will send a confirmation email of your order.  Please look out for this email from sales@storytimestars.co.uk.

For wooden gifts and t-shirts, we aim to despatch within three—five working days, however, please allow 14 days before you contact us.  Obviously for busier periods, such as Christmas, please allow extra time for all items.
